B. Factory Production Process
After order and artwork approval, the factory arranges cylinder making, printing, lamination, curing, bag making and inspection.

Make gravure printing cylinders after the final artwork and layout are approved.
12-Color Gravure Printing
Use up to 12-color gravure printing for clear graphics and stable color performance.
Lamination
Combine different film layers to improve barrier performance, strength and durability.
Curing / Aging
Allow laminated film to cure and improve bonding stability.
Bag Making
Make pouches, add zipper, spout, valve or other accessories according to the order.

C. FOB Shipment Process
Under FOB terms, we support packing confirmation, balance payment, China export customs and delivery to the agreed FOB port.

Provide finished product photos, packing photos, carton quantity, gross weight, net weight and CBM for confirmation.
Balance Payment Before Shipment
The balance payment is arranged before shipment according to the confirmed payment terms.
FOB Port Delivery & Export Customs
We deliver the goods to the agreed FOB port in China and support China export customs clearance.
Shipping Documents Support
Commercial invoice and packing list are prepared before shipment. Bill of lading or shipping documents are provided after vessel departure.
