The suitable pouch type can be selected according to the product, filling method and sales scenario.

Yes. We can produce custom printed packaging based on the final artwork provided by the customer. Before formal quotation and production, we need to confirm pouch size, layout content, colors, text, barcode, sealing positions, cutting positions and printable design files.

Without final artwork, we usually cannot provide a formal quotation. We can first discuss pouch type, material direction and production requirements, but a formal quotation can only be provided after the final print files, size, quantity and material requirements are confirmed.

Yes. Common functions include zipper, spout, one-way degassing valve, tear notch, hang hole, rounded corners and transparent window. The final function needs to be confirmed based on pouch type, size, material structure and product application.

To provide an accurate quotation, we recommend providing the pouch type, size, material structure, thickness, quantity, printing colors and final artwork. If you are not sure about the material structure yet, you can first tell us what product you need to pack, and we will suggest a suitable material based on the product type.

For custom packaging bags, the MOQ is usually around 5,000–10,000 pcs. The specific MOQ depends on pouch size, pouch type, material, thickness and printing requirements. Different specifications use different amounts of material and have different production loss, so the final MOQ needs to be confirmed according to the actual specifications.

The main factors include material structure, thickness, pouch size, pouch type, printing colors, order quantity, cylinder cost, zipper, spout, valve, transparent window and other special functions. More complex materials and more added functions usually increase the cost.

This can be discussed according to the product specifications. A new product test order needs to be confirmed based on pouch type, size, material and printing method. If the specifications are common, the MOQ is usually easier to control. If the material is special, the pouch type is complex or dedicated functions are required, the MOQ may be relatively higher.

Yes. Custom gravure printed packaging usually requires printing cylinders. The cylinder cost varies according to pouch size, printing colors and the number of layouts. After the cylinders are made, repeat orders with the same design usually do not need the same set of cylinders to be made again.

If the pouch size, artwork, colors and printed content do not change, repeat orders generally do not require new cylinders. If only the production date, batch number or similar content needs to be changed, the black cylinder usually needs to be modified. If the main layout, size or colors are changed, new cylinders or cylinder adjustments may be required.

Before formal printing, we need the final printable source file. The file should include the correct size, text, colors, barcode, graphics and bleed area. The more complete the file is, the more accurate the quotation, cylinder making and production will be.

Reference pictures can be used to discuss style, colors and the general layout, but they cannot be used as the final print file. Before formal production, a clear print file needs to be confirmed to avoid blurry text, inaccurate size, color deviation or layout misalignment.

Colors shown on a computer screen may differ from actual printed colors. Before formal production, we recommend that customers provide color codes, a physical sample pouch or color references. The final printing result is affected by material, ink, process and surface finish.

Yes. Customers can send a physical sample pouch as a reference for color, material, thickness and pouch type. We will discuss the production plan based on the sample effect, but the final result still needs to be confirmed together with the material structure, printing process and design file.

Yes. Common surface effects include glossy, matte, metallic appearance and partial effects. The final effect needs to be confirmed based on the material structure, artwork and printing process. If customers have a reference sample pouch, they can send it to us first as an effect reference.

The material structure is mainly decided according to the product being packed. For example, snacks, coffee, powder, liquids, pet food and detergents have different requirements for moisture resistance, oxygen barrier, light protection, puncture resistance and heat-seal strength. The material structure should be confirmed based on the product contents and use scenario.

For food packaging, material structure, sealing strength and food-contact material requirements should be carefully confirmed.

Common needs include oxygen barrier, moisture resistance, light protection, odor protection and longer storage time. The specific material structure needs to be confirmed according to the product.

Aluminum foil structures are commonly used for products that need high barrier, light protection, moisture resistance or longer shelf life, such as coffee, powders, selected food products and special-purpose packaging. Whether aluminum foil is needed should be decided based on the product contents, storage requirements and cost budget.

Frozen storage, pasteurization, hot filling, retort or microwave heating applications require higher standards for material structure and sealant layer. Customers should explain the use scenario before quotation so that a suitable material solution can be confirmed.

Yes. Liquid, sauce and beverage packaging usually needs to focus on heat-seal strength, pressure resistance, material barrier performance and spout welding quality. For spout pouches, capacity, spout position, cap specification and filling method should also be confirmed.

Yes. Common coffee bag functions include zipper, one-way degassing valve, matte surface and high-barrier material structure. The valve position, pouch capacity, material structure and surface effect can be confirmed according to the customer artwork and packaging requirements.

Yes. Spout pouches can use a center spout, corner spout or other positions depending on the usage method. Cap color, spout specification, pouch capacity and material structure can also be confirmed according to order requirements.

This can be discussed according to the product requirements. Kraft paper packaging is suitable for some dry foods, snacks, tea, coffee and powder products, but it may not be suitable for liquids, high-barrier packaging, high-temperature applications, retort packaging or special-function packaging. Recyclable materials also need to be confirmed based on product barrier requirements, heat-seal requirements, shelf life and target market. Not every product is suitable for the same sustainable material.

Yes. We can provide free existing samples for customers to review pouch type, material feel, thickness, printing effect and sealing quality. Free samples are limited to existing samples and do not include custom printed samples with the customer’s own design.

Existing samples can be provided free of charge for reference, but the customer needs to pay the sample shipping cost. If digital custom printed samples are made according to the customer’s own design, a sample fee is required, and the shipping cost also needs to be paid by the customer.

Yes. If customers want to review their own design effect before mass production, they can choose digital custom printed samples. Digital samples are suitable for checking layout, color direction and overall visual effect, but sample fees and shipping costs are required.

Digital samples can be used to reference the design effect and packaging appearance, but they may differ from gravure mass production in color, ink performance, surface effect and material feel. The final mass production result should be based on the final printing process.

The normal production time for custom packaging bags is Around 20 Days. The exact time may vary depending on order quantity, material, printing, lamination, curing, pouch making and the current production schedule. For complex pouch types, special materials or special-function packaging, the timeline may need to be confirmed again.

The regular process includes requirement confirmation, quotation, artwork confirmation, cylinder making, printing, lamination, curing, pouch making, quality inspection, packing and shipment. For spout pouches, valve bags or other special-function bags, corresponding process steps will also be added.

This can be discussed first. Urgent orders depend on whether materials are available, whether the artwork has been confirmed and whether the production schedule allows. The earlier the size, material, quantity and artwork are confirmed, the easier it is to arrange production time.

Yes. Sealing strength is an important quality item for flexible packaging bags, especially for liquids, powders, pet food, detergents and spout pouch products. We check the heat-sealing effect according to pouch type and material to reduce leakage, bursting and poor sealing issues.

Yes. Before shipment, we check finished product appearance, quantity, packing method and key quality points. If customers have special inspection standards, they can explain them before placing the order, and we will confirm according to the order requirements.

Relevant documents can be provided according to order requirements. Food packaging projects usually need to confirm material, application and target market requirements. If customers have specified testing standards, document requirements or target sales region requirements, we recommend explaining them before placing the order.

The general process is that the customer provides pouch type, size, material, quantity and final artwork, and we confirm the quotation. After the customer confirms the price, payment, cylinder making and production arrangements are confirmed. After production is completed, we inspect, pack and arrange shipment according to the agreed method.

Payment terms can be discussed according to order amount and cooperation method. Custom packaging orders generally need payment arrangements to be confirmed before production because custom printing involves materials, cylinder making and production scheduling. The specific payment ratio and method can be confirmed at the quotation stage.

Yes. We can arrange sea freight, air freight or express delivery according to order quantity and destination. Bulk orders are usually recommended to ship by sea, while samples or small parcels can be shipped by international express. If customers have their own freight forwarder in China, we can also cooperate with the shipment.

FOB, CIF or other shipping methods can be discussed according to customer needs. If customers already have a cooperating freight forwarder, the customer’s forwarder can also arrange pickup. The specific cost needs to be confirmed according to destination port, cargo volume and shipping method.

Yes. If customers have a cooperating freight forwarder or consolidation warehouse in China, we can arrange delivery to the designated warehouse according to the order. Before shipment, the receiving address, contact person, phone number, shipping marks and carton packing requirements need to be confirmed.
