Factory Overview
Yuesheng flexible packaging factory covers gravure printing, lamination, pouch making, quality inspection, warehouse packing and export shipment for food, beverage, pet food and daily chemical packaging projects.
Gravure Printing Workshop
Equipped with 2 gravure printing machines, we support up to 12-color gravure printing for brand artwork, color control and bulk custom packaging production.
Lamination Workshop
Laminated material structures are selected according to packed product, barrier performance, sealing strength and destination market requirements, including PET, VMPET, AL, NY, PE and kraft paper structures.
Pouch Making Workshop
Production supports spout pouches, stand up zipper pouches, flat bottom bags, quad seal bags, 3 side seal pouches, roll film and lidding film.
Quality Inspection Area
During production, we check material structure, printing appearance, lamination stability, heat sealing strength, spout welding and finished pouch appearance.
Warehouse & Packing
Finished goods are sampled, carton-packed, labeled and stored by order specification before shipment arrangement.
Container Loading & Shipment
Cartons, shipping marks, pallets, container loading and appointed forwarder coordination can be supported for export packaging orders.
